Recorded in November 26th, 1990, at the Eiskeller club (today known as Conne Island) in Leipzig, Germany. Members arrived to Leipzig with all their instruments and equipment transported by train. Dead was also seen self-harming at one point during the show. Pieces of rotting meat were thrown into the audience and given to attendees. This performance notably featured heavy atmospheric effects such as severed pig heads impaled on wooden spikes while member's clothes were decayed and soiled. Later on, they appeared on the split with The Meads of Asphodel and also on the bootleg Morbid/Mayhem split A Tribute to the Black Emperors. Tracks 6 and 11 only available on the original LP taken from the CBR Projections of a Stained Mind compilation, both tracks feature Dead on vocals. The other version with darker purple logo an plain white inner sleeve. Two alternate versions: one with brighter purple logo and purple inner sleeve w/ "Carnage" and "Freezing Moon" lyrics on one side and notes and facsimile of concert flyer on other side.
